Instructions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with three (3) or more years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components or Lightning Aura Components and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).
Substantial hands-on experience building automation with Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered flows and screen flows. This means more than having used Flow Builder: we are looking for someone who designs flows that handle records in bulk, configures fault handling, avoids recursion, keeps flows maintainable, and can articulate when a requirement belongs in Flow versus Apex. Familiarity with migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automation to Flow is a plus.
Experience with Approval Processes and other declarative configuration.
Proven experience with implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. Solutions include Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange.
Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols, including configuration of SAML and OAuth flows, and use of Salesforce application/platform security tools such as Checkmarx, AppOmni, or comparable solutions.
Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, leveraging both Point to point integrations and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
