Salesforce Architect (Genesys Cloud CX)
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Experience: 10+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX integration to design and deliver enterprise-scale CRM and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting Salesforce platforms, integrating Genesys Cloud CX/Engage, and leading enterprise CRM modernization initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, architecture leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Open CTI, Omni-Channel, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Design scalable Salesforce enterprise architecture and CRM solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance, and technical design discussions.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Develop and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Design and implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead Salesforce integration with Genesys Cloud CX/Genesys Engage using Salesforce Open CTI.
• Implement features including Screen Pop, Click-to-Dial, ACD, Skill-Based Routing, Agent Presence Sync, Call Logging, Interaction History, and Call Recording.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and IVR integration with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Mentor development teams and support enterprise application modernization initiatives.
