Senior Technical Product Manager (Enterprise Platforms & Digital Modernization)
Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH) or Full-Time with Ascendion

Position Overview:
Ascendion is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead strategic enterprise platform initiatives for a large healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a product leader who has successfully delivered complex, enterprise-scale modernization programs involving CRM platforms, enterprise integrations, AI-enabled product delivery, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with deep technical knowledge and has experience partnering with architecture, engineering, operations, and business leaders to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business value across highly integrated enterprise ecosystems.
This position requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, AI-enabled development, and customer experience while driving product vision from concept through execution.
Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise technology platforms supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, Security, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Define product vision and prioritize initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and platform modernization.
Drive enterprise integration strategies across CRM, Contact Center, Data Platforms, and backend enterprise applications.
Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and platform architecture.
Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and customer engagement technologies.
Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Translate complex business requirements into clear product features, epics, and user stories.
Evaluate new technologies, AI capabilities, automation opportunities, and platform innovations to accelerate product delivery.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and product performance indicators.
Facilitate prioritization sessions balancing customer needs, technical debt, regulatory requirements, and strategic investments.
Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and business value.
Ensure enterprise solutions align with scalability, governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
8+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise technology products.
5+ years managing highly technical enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
Experience working directly with software engineering and enterprise architecture teams.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technology platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, enterprise integration, and modern software development practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
