We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC)-customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)-Mandatory
Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)
Preferred Skills
MuleSoft / integration experience
CI/CD tools (Autorabit,Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
Salesforce security & compliance
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
FSC Accredited Professional
Data Cloud / AI certifications
