Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Consultant or Functional Lead, driving CRM strategy and execution
Deep functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong exposure to the manufacturing industry, either through direct client engagement or consulting roles
Background in IT services or system integrator (SI) environments, supporting complex enterprise clients
Expertise in client advisory, owning CRM transformation initiatives and serving as a trusted business partner
Demonstrated end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience, from discovery and solution design through deployment and go-live
Hands-on experience working within ERP-integrated, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems
Experience & Qualifications
8–12 years of total professional experience
5+ years of focused experience in Salesforce CRM
4–6 years supporting or consulting for manufacturing organizations
Successful delivery of 2–3 or more full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
