We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer in service cloud, PSS and Agentforce to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant applications aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibility
Design and develop custom solutions using: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Build and maintain integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms
Customize Salesforce applications: Objects, workflows, flows, validation rules
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to: Translate requirements into technical designs
Ensure adherence to: Security, compliance, and data governance standards
Perform: Code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
Experience
8+ years of experience with Salesforce development
Strong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
Experience with: Salesforce APIs and integrations, Git-based version control
Understanding of: Salesforce data model and security model
Familiarity with: Agile/Scrum methodologies
Instructions
Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I / II
Experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud
Exposure to: DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
Knowledge of: Data migration and ETL tools
