Duration: 12 months contract
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong implementation expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), attribute-based product configuration, guided selling, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) including billing and quoting. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Lead architecture for PIM/PLM integrations and product data management within Salesforce.
Develop and implement attribute-based product models and configuration frameworks.
Build and optimize guided selling experiences using Salesforce tools (e.g., flows, CPQ rules).
Architect and implement Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) solutions including:
Billing processes
Revenue recognition
Subscription management
Design and implement ARM quoting solutions aligned with pricing strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and governance across Salesforce projects.
Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
Mentor developers and oversee code quality and solution design.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
PIM/PLM systems integration
Attribute-based product configuration
Guided selling frameworks
ARM Billing and Quoting
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience designing complex pricing, quoting, and billing solutions.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle and catalog management.
Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Instructions
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
Application/System Architect
CPQ Specialist
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
