Role: Salesforce & IT Systems Manager (Architect + Hands-On Operator)
We are seeking a highly capable systems leader who can operate seamlessly at both the architectural and execution levels. This individual will be responsible for designing right systems while actively engaging in hands-on development, troubleshooting, and day-to-day project execution. A key focus of the role will be leading the migration from a proprietary CRM to Salesforce, followed by the successful integration of Velocify to ensure a cohesive and efficient ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a true player-coach someone who can set the technical vision, drive strategy, and also dive deep into implementation to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
· Own system architecture and execution across Salesforce and IT
· Lead and complete CRM migration into Salesforce (design + hands-on build)
· Be directly involved in Salesforce builds, workflows, automation, and fixes
· Integrate and optimize Velocify on top of Salesforce
· Manage IT team and vendors while driving accountability and stepping in when needed
· Identify issues quickly and personally drive solutions through to completion
Instructions
· We are looking for 8 years of experience for the Salesforce & IT systems manager
· Strong Salesforce architecture experience (you've designed systems, not just used them)
· Proven hands-on execution, you actively build, fix, and implement
· Experience with CRM migrations and complex integrations
· Ability to balance big-picture system design with day-to-day execution
· High ownership, urgency, and operator mindset
