We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture, strategy, and governance across the Salesforce platform.
This role will focus on core Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data strategy, with deep expertise in one primary cloud and working knowledge of other Salesforce clouds.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise Salesforce architecture strategy
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Lead multi-cloud architecture and integration design
Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
Drive data architecture, customer 360 strategy, and compliance
Provide guidance to solution architects and development teams
Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption
Must-Have Skills (Core Requirements)
Strong experience in Salesforce Enterprise Architecture
Expertise in:
Core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud fundamentals)
Integration architecture (APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)
Data architecture, modeling, and governance
Experience leading large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations
Ability to define architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Primary Expertise (Choose Based on Business Need – Mandatory)
Candidate must have deep hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following:
Salesforce Health Cloud
OR
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
OR
Salesforce Experience Cloud
OR
Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills)
Exposure to additional Salesforce clouds (other than primary)
Experience with:
Customer 360 / Data Cloud
Einstein AI capabilities
DevOps / CI-CD processes
Industry experience in:
Healthcare / Life Sciences
Retail / Loyalty programs
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
