Conduct health checks and org assessments to provide recommendations on design, scalability, and performance.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales, service, Retail Execution, order management, contract management, and CG Cloud functionality.
Drive architectural governance and best practices.
Perform POCs, build complex Apex/LWC solutions, and manage integration with external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements to Salesforce functionality.
10+ years of CRM experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
