Oracle Supply Chain SME specialized in Planning Cloud

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
▪ 20+ years of experience; Big 4 style enterprise architecture background preferred
▪ Specialization in Oracle Fusion SCM (Planning Cloud-Supply Planning)
▪ Should have general understanding of other Oracle Cloud value-chain applications (including Costing)
▪ Should have Manufacturing Domain context
▪ Working knowledge of PaaS / OIC (development experience preferred)
▪ Clear understanding of Oracle AI capabilities Oracle Certification-Mandatory
▪ At least one large Transformation project Experience is mandatory
▪ Proven experience in solutioning and estimations
▪ Self driven, results oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Own both solution and delivery of Oracle Supply Chain architecture
▪ Ensure architectural alignment across the Oracle Cloud value chain
▪ Define integration and extensibility strategy using PaaS and OIC
▪ Guide AI enabled architecture leveraging Oracle AI services
▪ Act as design authority on large transformation programs
▪ Partner with sales, delivery, and OCI teams for end to end coherence
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
▪ Experience with cloud based ERP solutions
▪ Certifications in AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI
▪ Experience working with top Oracle Cloud implementation partners (per analyst reports)
▪ Strong experience working closely with Oracle
▪ Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and best practices
▪ Awareness of competitive ERP products and market trends
