Workplace Type: Remote
Required Certification: Active Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Client: ICF
▪ Customer: Dept of Transportation (specifically a sub group called NHTSA)
Hours: 20 hours a week and flexible on hours, etc. Would prefer to be online a couple hours a day
Interview Process: 2 interviews
Notes: They already have the Grants Management app built out. They are adding Docusign capabilities into the app and they need this person to make sure that the design is correct.
70% Solutions Architect
30% Technical
▪ Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA in related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
Active Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Active Salesforce Platform App Builder (I or II) certification
Demonstrated experience designing, creating and delivering workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, and/or Visualforce
Demonstrated experience showing a strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and configuration capabilities, able to lead Salesforce solution design efforts
Demonstrated experience supporting one or more Contact Center implementations leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud with Chat and Computer-Telephony-Integration (CTI)
Demonstrated experience supporting an Org with multiple active Force.com applications
Demonstrated experience with a broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements
Demonstrated experience with organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and business simultaneously
