Location :LA, CA ( 3 days office)
Salesforce Developer
In this role, you will:
▪ Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Experience, Financial Services, etc.).
▪ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
▪ Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings).
▪ Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using SOQL/SOSL.
▪ Design and implement OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
▪ Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
▪ Manage DevOps processes including code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD pipelines.
▪ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore teams.
▪ Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
▪ Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning) to ensure timely delivery.

What you must have to be considered:
▪ 10–14 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years hands-on.
▪ Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and managed apps (e.g., nCino).
▪ Proven experience with Lightning system design and LWC development.
▪ Hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools.
▪ Proficiency in Salesforce integrations and data modeling.
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and manage client interactions.
▪ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
▪ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
