▪ Required Skills and Experience
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Manage and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver product demos to clients.
Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide architectural guidance.
Perform hands-on development using Salesforce technologies including: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Salesforce Flows, etc.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
Knowledge of Aura framework and Visualforce pages.
▪ Experience in handling complex customizations within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
