Job Description
▪ Location: Albany, NY/Remote

▪ Requirements:
▪ Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design, including 2 years in an enterprise or government environment.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow).
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
