▪ We are looking for a hands-on Agentforce Developer with deep expertise in building, configuring, and deploying AI-powered autonomous agents within Salesforce. This role focuses on leveraging Agentforce capabilities such as Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, Data Cloud, and Agent Orchestration to deliver intelligent, context-aware business automation.
▪ Design and build Agentforce Agents for use cases like customer support, sales assistance, and internal automation
Configure and manage Agentforce Skills, Topics, and Actions
Implement Agent Orchestration flows to control multi-step AI-driven workflows
▪ Build and optimize Prompt Templates using Prompt Builder with grounding techniques
Configure Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Salesforce Data Cloud and external data sources
Define context grounding strategies using CRM data, Knowledge Article and External APIs and data sources
Develop and register Custom Actions (Apex, Flow, APIs) for Agentforce to execute real-world operations
Implement Copilot Studio configurations Instruction, Guardrails and Response formats
Monitor and improve Agent performance:
Debug and troubleshoot Agent reasoning failures and hallucinations
