▪ Essential skills and experience:
▪ 8–10 years of Salesforce development experience
▪ Hands-on experience building and deploying AI tools within the Salesforce platform (Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360)
▪ Apex code development, Lightning Web Components (JavaScript/CSS), API development and cross-system integrations
▪ Production deployments of agentic AI workflows — not just prototypes
▪ Python and Java in addition to Apex
▪ Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications (verified via Salesforce's public credential site)
▪ Bonus skills:
▪ Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification
▪ Data Cloud Consultant certification
▪ Salesforce Architect certifications
▪ Experience with ERP integrations
