Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-level Salesforce Technical Architect with over 15 years of IT experience to lead large-scale enterprise implementations. This role requires a deep technical expert who can navigate complex integrations and AI automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
▪ Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
10+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds).
Deep knowledge of MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, API-led architecture).
Hands-on experience with Agentforce (AI automation, bots, Einstein capabilities).
Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.
Expertise in Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs), Security architecture (OAuth, SSO), and Data Modeling.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
