Job Description

▪ This Salesforce lead should interface with IT and Business teams to understand the requirements and convert them to technical/ project requirements, actively resolve the tickets logged in Jira and pro-actively resolve/ recommend fixes.
▪ Key Responsibilities:
▪ Gather requirements directly from business users and write detailed user stories.
Lead the enhancement projects and manage the Jira support queue
Handle complex configuration (Flows, Permission Sets, Data Loads).
Expert in declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
Should have experience reg. Integrations with boundary systems - ERP, BI etc.
Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail.
Coordinate UAT and demo new features to stakeholders.
Work closely with the Offshore team during EST overlap to ensure clarity.
Coordinate and mentor the offshore team.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have 8+ years in Salesforce with strong Admin, Development and client-facing BA experience.
Must have good understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration possibilities.
Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
Experience in presales and sales processes knowledge-Pricing, Quoting, Opportunities, Registrations, samples etc.
