Job Title: Salesforce Architect-Service Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge and the ability to align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities.
▪ Key Responsibilities
▪ Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features (Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, etc.)
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution design
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
Optimize system performance, security, and data integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features
Required Skills & Experience
▪ 15+ years of IT experience with Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)
Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture
Experience with Service Cloud features like:
Case Management
Omni-Channel Routing
Service Console
Knowledge Base
CTI Integration
▪ Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect preferred)
Instructions
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities (Leadership Level)
Define architectural standards and governance
Mentor junior developers and admins
Participate in client discussions and solution presentations
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools like Einstein Analytics
Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments
