Position Description
▪ Design scalable, high performance Salesforce solutions across data modeling, integration architecture, automation, and security architecture.
▪ Lead end to end design, development, and deployment of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Conga based programs; Health Cloud experience is highly preferred.
▪ Architect solutions aligned to business needs using No Code, Low Code, and Pro Code approaches.
▪ Implement Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including Zero Copy Data Streams, DLO, DMO, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation.
▪ Drive Salesforce DevOps processes including packaging, conflict resolution, and deployment.
▪ Deliver AI enabled development using Agentforce Vibes and implement Agentforce solutions using Agent Builder, Topic Modeling, Action Instructions/Design, and guardrails.
▪ Hands on Salesforce development for integration of Data360 processes, Agent Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Data Cloud capabilities, and Zero Copy Data Federation.
Required Skills
▪ 2+ years Salesforce Architecture experience
▪ 7+ years of recent, hands on Salesforce Development experience
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Strong experience designing Salesforce platform architecture (data, integration, automation, security).
▪ Hands on development expertise in synchronous, asynchronous, and invocable Apex.
▪ Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Lightning Messaging Services.
▪ Experience with integration patterns including Request Response, Batch, and Pub/Sub.
▪ Deep knowledge of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Restriction Rules, and User Access Policies.
▪ Solid understanding of Salesforce DevOps processes.
▪ Experience designing and deploying Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Conga based solutions.
▪ Hands on experience with Data Cloud components such as Zero Copy Data Streams, DLO, DMO, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation.
▪ AI experience with Agent Builder or Topic Modeling is a bonus
▪ Platform Events experience.
▪ Health Cloud implementation experience.
▪ Advanced Data Cloud implementation expertise.
▪ AI enabled development using Agentforce Vibes.
▪ Agentforce implementation experience (Agent Builder, Topic Modeling, Action Instructions, guardrails).
▪ Salesforce certifications
