Job Description
About the Job
As a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will participate in, and eventually lead Marketing Cloud implementations. While mostly focused on delivery, you may be involved across the entire project lifecycle, including presales. An integral part of your role will be working with clients to further their digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap.
Core Responsibilities:
Salesforce architects are responsible for designing the organization strategy and data model for Salesforce implementation1. They also put technical solutions in place for identity and access, implement data and process integrations, and design solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs1. Other responsibilities of a Salesforce architect include:
1. Being a subject matter expert and internal champion for Salesforce and its add-on components
2. Leading the effort to launch programs that use Salesforce and its add-on components
3. Working with different business and technology teams to gather requirements, document use-cases, and develop implementation specs
4. Providing guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor's degree required
▪ Salesforce Certified
▪ 13- 15 years of experience
▪ Must be ready to travel 20%
