Salesforce CPQ and Pre-Sales Architect

Position: Salesforce CPQ and Pre-Sales Architect
Location: Remote, CST
Responsibilities
▪ Work with Sales team to provide Salesforce based solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, sales, service, marketing, industry clouds.
▪ Provide estimations for large projects with complex architecture and integrations
▪ Present and talk knowledgably on well architected framework
▪ Provide architectural thought leadership to multiple clients.
▪ Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages for project specific requirements
▪ Mentor and manage team to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team
▪ Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs customization
▪ Delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception to rollout
▪ Maintaining and supporting Salesforce systems
▪ Creating architecture and high level design documents
▪ Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions
▪ Create industry specific use cases for technologies such as Agentforce
Qualifications
▪ Overall 15+ years of experience in Salesforce or CRM technologies
▪ At least 2-4 years▪ experience in Salesforce Architecture role
▪ At least 4 years▪ experience with Integration technologies
▪ 2+ years▪ experience in CPQ
▪ Experience in implementing Data Cloud, Einstein
▪ Experienced in working in Agile methodology
▪ Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security
▪ Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications required
▪ Ability to work with customer for defining roadmap, SSO consolidation, proactive solutions, appexchange solutions etc
▪ Expert level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud and experience in implementing atleast 2 industry cloud projects
▪ Experience implementing AppExchange applications.
▪ Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies
▪ Experience with managing and migrating large data volumes
▪ Solid communications skills, ability to work within a team environment
▪ Knowledge of branching and DevOps strategy and tools
▪ Flexible to work with offshore team and hours
