Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Health Cloud Architect/Senior Consultant to join our team in Indianapolis. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding healthcare clients through the implementation, optimization, and governance of their Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
▪ Experience: Minimum 12 years in Salesforce (4+ in Health Cloud), extensive healthcare domain knowledge, and proven implementation track record.
▪ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Health Cloud architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools.
▪ Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.
▪ Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree, Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud Consultant, Technical Architect, or Application Architect) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Advisory & Consulting: Provide strategic guidance, conduct assessments, and recommend best practices.
▪ Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
▪ Implementation & Governance: Oversee implementation, provide hands-on support, and establish governance frameworks.
▪ Techno-Functional Expertise: Bridge the gap between technical and functional teams, and stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features.
▪ Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, act as the main point of contact, and facilitate educational sessions.
