Job Description
SFDC Program Architect will be managing multiple accounts so this role is not specific to any particular account.
▪ Play a critical role serving as a strategic advisor to our strategic customers.
▪ They engage customers on their business priorities, business & technology architecture & digital roadmaps to deliver success with the Salesforce Customer Success platform. Support delivery, sales and pre-sales initiatives, play a critical part in development of unique industry propositions and differentiators.
▪ Be a thought leader in the industry segments engaged by creating points of view, contributing to white papers and other publications.
▪ Drive consulting advisory engagements.
