Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
▪ 8-10 years of work experience in Solution Architecture practices enabling infrastructure (HW/SW) design, development, and deployment. Demonstrated leadership in architecture planning and infrastructure projects for high availability and high volume service platforms with significant experience in organizations bringing to bear lean/agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
▪ Experience working with and understanding distributed environments within and across Public & Private Clouds and technology domains (compute & storage systems, middleware, database, network, demand/capacity planning, and/or application development)
▪ Experience with Architecture and Project Management Tools
▪ ITIL v3 and TOGAF Certification will be an advantage
▪ Experience mentoring more junior team member
▪ Naturally exude team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities
▪ Exemplary English communication skills (written and verbal)
▪ Cross-cultural and diverse teams' collaboration and partnership
▪ Healthy obsession with over-delivering quality project results on-time and on-budget
A good candidate is someone who can create an architecture ▪ can build the Infrastructure from grounds-up
Good experience in Infrastructure Architecture, with a relevant experience & exposure to Program Management
Good experience in designing an infrastructure, building an infrastructure and onboarding the applications to that infrastructure
Good experience in converting requirement into infrastructure design
Infrastructure component needed/aligned to make the application work ▪
Providing direction to application owners/stakeholders on the kind of infra required based on throughput or latency requirements (e.g. inputs on Clustering, VM requirements, batch job processing)
Good Knowledge of Capacity & Performance of all infra sizing - CPU, RAM, Storage, Network, Database, ▪ ▪
Cloud architecture & design with experience in the infra implementation in perspective of
Experience on High Availability architecture, scalability, resiliency
Knowledge on Storage & Backup, Network Services & Protocols, Load balancer, Firewalls, ▪ to design and deliver through cloud/physical
Good knowledge of Virtualization, Containerization
Knowledge in building virtual infrastructure
