Job Description
As the Sr Salesforce PM, you will be responsible for managing projects involved in the development, deployment and support of Salesforce solutions. You will be expected to manage and deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time and within scope, and will need to coordinate and direct the work of key team members through effective project planning and management, issues resolution, risk identification and effective communication.
Instructions
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of demonstrated project management experience implementing enterprise wide applications
- 4-5 years of Salesforce experience that includes deployment of large enterprise level Salesforce.com implementation
- Demonstrated project leadership skills that includes direct oversight and responsibility for delivering projects on time and in budget
- Strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to communication and present to technical audience and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen
- Experience with Salesforce.com configuration a plus
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and PMP Certification preferred
