Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ 10-12 years▪ experience working in CRM Consulting within large Global Enterprises with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
▪ Sound knowledge on Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Communities), platform, and enterprise architecture ▪ Sales Service and Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System.
▪ Expertise in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform capabilities in optimum way.
▪ Experience in leading Solution discussions working closely with technical architect to define solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
▪ Experience in designing Salesforce Org Strategy, Org Merge considerations
▪ Experience in defining Salesforce Release management plan for large clients and best practices of release management.
▪ Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
▪ Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service/Marketing cloud certified)
▪ Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
