Mr. Manchukondas accomplishments include:
    Siebel Configuration Lead for a Siebel 7.8 CRM and Marketing/Campaign Management implementation for a Financial Client. Mr. Manchukonda managed a technical team of 6 offshore and onsite resources during overall design and build phases of Sales and Marketing solution. He guided the team on setting up Siebel Marketing environment and integrated with Siebel Analytics components and integrating the Siebel application with Outlook. He was responsible of ensuring that the technical design and development is delivered according to the specs. Some of Venus detailed activities were around Informatica and Siebel Analytics development / QA on work from our GDC development team in addition to leading the deployment effort within the client infrastructure to support the application roll-out activities.
    Technical Lead for a Siebel 7.8 Event Management implementation for a Financial Client. Mr. Manchukondas responsibilities included guiding the team of 8 offshore and onsite resource on developing the technical architecture designing technical design configuring the application per design specification for Event Management campaign management and list management. He guided the team to configure the web registration portal to support online user and event registration and credit card payments through a third party credit card processor. Given the nature of the marketing solution the focus of technical activities was around both the transactional and analytics solutions-with heavy involvement and interaction on the analytics side due to the nature of customization the client wanted in this area. The analytics solution also validated campaign results against metrics and KPIs set forth by the functional team and the dashboard reporting on these solutions were under the direction of Mr. Manchukonda. Some analytics technical responsibilities included Informatica development / execution and confirmation of such information with the offshore development team.
    Technical Lead and Offshore Coordinator for CRM implementation project for a commercial client. Responsibilities included guiding the team on preparing Smartscripts designing and developing the CRM application for Order Management Installation Management Cash Management Service Order and integrating with Credit Card and third party applications. Mr. Manchukonda managed a 10 member offshore team to develop technical design/architecture and configure according to the design. This was done through daily communication with GDC Team and weekly configuration track status update to BE/Client team.
    Siebel Development Track Lead for CRM Implementation project for a non profitable organization client. His responsibilities included understand the requirements estimated the efforts develop the conceptual design documents and present to client team.
    Multiple positions developing Siebel CRM implementations for the Banking Financial Manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities included designing and developing the Siebel-Genesys integration using the GPlus Adapter Siebel and Siebel-Mainframes/Web integration using the MQ Series. He guided the team setting up campaign synchronization process between Siebel and Genesys using Gplus Outbound server components.
    Siebel and CTI Developer for CRM implementation project for a manufacture client. Responsibilities included installing Siebel Servers configuring the application in Siebel tools installing Genesys components. He guided the CTI team on setting up the Genesys components and integrating Genesys with Siebel and Lucent switch. He also responsible for preparing test cases/scripts QA testing end user training materials knowledge transfer.
