Led design and development of a web-enabled application used to manage a leading pharmaceutical companys IT roadmaps for multiple business units. The solution was built utilizing a back-end Documentum content management system. Information was published to a front-end web site running on a J2EE application server. The application resulted in increased use of supported architecture stack and development standards for new projects and resulted in meaningful cost reduction and streamlined vendor contracts.

Managed the development of a digital asset management solution for the marketing operations group of a major pharmaceutical company using Documentum Digital Asset Management and workflow solutions. The initiative resulted in improved oversight process efficiency in promotional material review and approval increased re-use and cost savings.

Led the architecture track and managed key initiatives to build a Enterprise Content Management portfolio for the largest independent supplier of heating ventilating air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment in the United States. Key initiatives included: SAP integration eRoom collaboration Adobe Forms Server integration Captiva Imaging solutions and business process management services.
o    The portfolio now includes a High Availability Content Management environment with multiple business critical applications serving more than 10 000 active users across three continents resulting in greater compliance process efficiency and cost savings in the millions.
o    Supported enterprise content governance and the development/maintenance of a corporate taxonomy.
o    Led the migration of a Documentum environment and components from a hosted facility to a new client data center (Content Server Webtop Adobe Form Server eRoom and Input Accel).
o    Managed > 1 million dollar revenue and assisted in other areas contributing to overall project revenue greater than 2.5 million dollars

Led the design and development effort of an e-commerce web site for a leading global supplier of tooling engineered components and advanced materials. The site provided real-time integrated price and availability checking order entry order status invoice status and contract management functionality integrated with the companys back-end SAP system. Key achievements included:

o    Performed a technical assessment of the existing e-business architecture and facilitated software vendor selection
o    Managed multiple technical tracks during the design and implementation of the site including ATG (J2EE commerce platform) Oracle 8i (database) WebMethods (middleware connecting the front-end to the backend SAP system) and Interwoven (web content management).
o    Resulted in cost-savings and improved visibility of the sales order & contract management process for the customer
o    Led project initiatives - 2 million dollars and contributed to overall project revenue greater than 5 million dollars

Implemented an enterprise document management system to enable a global consulting enforce standard method for collecting and storing engagement-related documents to reduce the risk of litigation caused by insufficient record keeping.

o    Led the implementation of high availability architecture; designed and built workflows with automated methods using Java-DFCs and forms for risk and quality review processes using Documentum BPM.
o    Developed customizations for the system using TBOs and Lifecycle SBO.

Developed marketing and sales web site for a global consumer goods company that included back-end integration with its SAP system. Designed & built web site functionalities including the ability to create on-line sales orders check order/ quote status view product availability contacts by customer and view materials price lists.

Developed applications for a training portal for the Federal Government using Microsofts ASP Commerce Server 2000 SQL Server 2000 and Active Directory services.
