* In 2007: Created custom training manuals and all technical documentation for MSCRM SMP and the WIKI.
* In 2006: Installed and implemented MSCRM v3.0 for all areas of the company and trained staff in a class-room situation on a continual basis.
* In 2005: Trained staff on how to use MSCRM v1.2 and implemented the Customer Support area module successfully.
* In 2003: Trained in Navision in Simi Valley California over a period of 3 months returned to Baycomp and started initial steps to implement the system.
* In 2002: Created a program for an Internet Provider that read in their monthly log file parsed the data created a detailed web page hit report for each domain hosted by this Provider and emailed results of same to the client in either a text or HTML format.
* In 2001:    Designed and wrote a conversion program in Visual Basic for a client to convert 1 million records from an Access database to SQL Server ensuring data integrity.
* In 2000: Designed created graphics and coded five in-house web sites as well as numerous web sites for other clients.
* In 1989: Converted a large DOS-based FoxPro single user application to multi-user in Clipper for a large Steel Manufacturer in the Hamilton area.
