PROFILE
As an experienced executive with credentials in CRM technology and deployment I have led strategic programs focused on sales force effectiveness sales productivity call center efficiency and change management for enterprise customers. I have worked with banks credit unions finance companies high tech companies and banking service organizations to apply organizational change with new sales processes marketing processes and call center processes that enable jointly developed system strategies to be realized.
