This project focuses on enhancing and supporting a highly customized Order Management Application that sits on top of Salesforce CRM. The platform manages complex advertising workflows and handles large scale order lifecycles. It is tightly integrated with leading ad servers and ad exchanges which requires strong understanding of data flow system logic API communication and troubleshooting
Experience and Technical Expertise
▪ Minimum 15 years overall software development experience with at least 10+ years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
▪ Proven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
▪ Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
▪ Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.
▪ Expertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
▪ Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions
▪ Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices.
▪ Ability to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed
▪ Familiarity with AppExchange marketplace for third-party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.
Certification & Other Skills
▪ Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications strongly preferred.
▪ Additional certifications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Technical Architect (CTA) are a plus.
▪ Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
▪ Prior working experience with Digital Media Space is preferred
