Position: Technical Salesforce Architect (5 Positions)
Location: 100% Remote (Jersey City, NJ; Hybrid)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract
Interview Mode: Video
CLIENT NOTE:
Client is seeking 5 strong and senior TAs to step into an active role and project replacing an existing partner. This is for a large Salesforce transformation moving from Salesforce Platform to Health Cloud at a leading life sciences company. Client is looking to staff these roles for 6 - 12+ months. These roles will be Americas based and onshore with some onsite travel required (New Jersey) for PI Planning and key workshops or activities. These consultants will fit ultimately fit into 4 primary workstreams including:
1. Agent / Service + Health Cloud: For Support Reps supporting Patients and Providers
2. Patient / Experience + Health Cloud: For Patients engaged in therapies and treatments
3. Seller / Sales Cloud: For Field Sales Reps supporting Providers
4. Data Services / Data Cloud + Health Cloud + Integrations: For data migrations/externals systems integrating to Salesforce

Outside the job description looking for:

▪ Top tier consulting experience, Salesforce
▪ This role is high visibility, think of it as an Executive Architect/SF Program Architect
▪ Good communications is a non-negotiable
▪ Someone who does not require hand holding
▪ Ideally candidate will be in CST or EST
▪ Long term project
▪ Onsite, with some remote flex but the idea is this person would be on site
Job Description:
▪ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solutions and technical architecture
▪ Proven expertise in large-scale Salesforce implementations
▪ Salesforce Certifications: Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript, Data Cloud, Architect2. Industry Experience
▪ At least 3+ year of experience in the Pharmacy or Life Sciences industry
▪ Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI data security, etc.)
▪ Familiarity with Provider Networks, Claims Processing, and Patient Journeys
▪ Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI, GxP, CSV, etc.)
▪ Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise
▪ Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models
▪ Experience in implementing HIPAA compliance (Nice to have)
